Check-in

How's your week going? What have you been doing? What plans do you have for the rest of the week? Are you getting enough water? Are you on plan with your eating? Are you exercising?
*hugs* to all :)

Believe it or not, I've been up all night. I was up late anyway, but then when I finally turned off the light I kept tossing and turning and couldn't get my mind to shut off! I finally got up again and journalled so I could get it all out. I'm much better now and am sleepy, but I'm worried if I sleep now then I'll sleep all day and repeat the cycle tomorrow. *sigh*

Because I've been in such a funky mood my plan for eating is not to overeat, and I've been quite successful. Still haven't even glanced at the scales, yet alone stood on 'em.

And all these olympians are inspiring me to exercise more! So today I'd like to go for a walk AND swim. CRAZY, I know! ;o)

Is anyone still doing the Hundred Push-up Challenge, btw? That's been the only exercise I've been doing lately, but I still have one day to finish for week 4. We should be on week 5 now, right? Needless to say, I'm behind. But I haven't given up!

How are YOU Debs? How's your holiday??? Hope you're enjoying yourself!

No exercising. Too much pain. I have some new pain pills so I thought I'd exercise after they kicked in but my husband doesn't think it's a good idea. He thinks I'll do more damage. I was doing so well before all of this started and I miss getting on the treadmill. As for food, I eat what I can when I can. I see the specialist tomorrow so hopefully I'll know more of what direction we're taking.

Hi Debs, I hope you're having fun on your holiday.
My week is going...it's already been a long week and it's only Wednesday. Lately it just seems that for every step forward, I take 2 steps back.
Life has been crazy and I've been using that as an excuse to over indulge and eat mindlessly. Today I'm putting a stop to that. I'm recommitting.
DebbieBoo...sorry about dropping the ball in the hundred push up challenge. I meant to put up a post on OWOA when I found out it was shutting down to stay that I'd continue it on our new site...but I never got around to it. So...good for you for keeping it up! Keep doing it! I plan on starting it up again when we get our new site up.

Sounds like everyone needs hugs, and then Cristina needs to be told to PUT THE COOKIE DOUGH (or whatever it is) DOWN!

We've having a good holiday. It's been very rainy, and the car broke down on Sunday! But I think we're having fun.

I think the cookie dough thing runs in our family because I served my son some COOKIE DOUGH ice cream and had to have a few...okay..okay...maybe several spoonfuls for myself! I'm baaaaad! I'll be better the rest of the day!

I managed to get on the treadmill for 20 minutes. By 21 I was completely beat. I plan on getting on it again tonight. We'll see. Today is a better day than it has been in a long time (physically...okay pain wise) but now I think being ill for so long and the meds have made for some new stuff. I feel like I have a weight on my chest, prickly head and complete exhaustion. But still...on the treadmill for 20!
