167...up one from last week...I guess I'll take it...especially after all the late night snacking I've been doing. I need to learn to control myself. I need to do better. Hopefully this week will be a better week. :)
181.6 -- I was up to 208 with my pregnancy and the baby is now 2 1/2 weeks old so I think this is pretty fantastic! I was 163 when I got pregnant so for right now my goal is to get back to that weight. I can't really do any exercise yet (cuz I had a crazy delivery and they ended up yanking out most of my female organs to keep me from dying...a fair exchange I think). I still have about 6-8 weeks of recovery time before I can begin exercising. I'm also nursing so I'm just trying to eat sensibly and drink water right now. Glad to be back!
By the way, I'm Jessica, a longtime reader of OWOA who finally decided to give the whole diet thing a try last month. I'm 23, I live in Portland and I teach preschool. Nice to virtually meet all of you :-)

I left a comment yesterday but it disappeared. Weird.
I said that since I actually woke up early I forgot to weigh myself, but it wouldn't have mattered anyway because I haven't been doing that well anyway with eating and exercise. So I'm a bit apprehensive.

And I'm deducing from Debs comment that Simple Fancies = Tami. I'm praying for ya, girl!

That's the lowest I've been in a while. Because of being so sick these last 10 days my weight seems to vasry quite a bit

I ate way too much unhealthy stuff this weekend but back on track this week!

couldn't weigh in..I'm at Disney World, but I'm sure the caramel apples and chocolate covered frozen bananas are NOT helping! :-)
