Well, I did just do 45 mins on my treadmill, and the endorphins are still merrily flowing through me. It was the first time I'd been on it in about 3 weeks, becasue I've just been so tired and lacking in energy. But I decided that actually I'd feel better for some exercise, got on for 15 mins, and stayed on for 45!

There's nothing like a workout to lift the spirits.
Wow! 45 mins is impressive. I've just started running and I can only just manage 10 mins if I do it a minute at a time with lots of walking in between. I'm very impressed with your efforts : )
Well, it was 45 mins at a fast walk - betwen 6.6 and 6.8 km/h, which is about as fast as Ican go before I have to start running!
Congrats! I can't do much longer than 30 minutes and I always want to get off after 2! Keep it up!!!
