I know it's still Tuesday, but since I'm going to be busy tomorrow I'm writing the post tonight, and then I can link it to the other WFMW posts tomorrow.
This week I wanted to share with you what the top of my chest of drawers looks like. "Why?" you might ask - because it's tidy, and all the stuff doesn't fall off every time I walk past.
The flooring in my room is cork tiles and the chest is old and a bit liable to wobble as you go past (with no carpet to absorb the slight movement). I was fed up of things falling off, all the stuff being mixed up, and the noise when metal things rattle against each other. So I invested in some cheap plastic boxes and sorted my stuff into them. Now I know if I'm looking for washing stuff (body, hair etc) I look in the left box, creams and lotions (body, hand - I have eczema so I have lots!) in the middle, and on the right I have sprays (deodorant, sun cream..)
Like this:It works for me :-)

Great idea. I did something similar for my daughter, she just had so much stuff all in a jumble.
This is great because you can even carry the whole box into the bathroom with you.
This is a wonderful idea. I'd love to do this for my daughter. Thanks!
Good idea! Thanks for sharing =)
Great idea! I like that everything is out and accessible. I need to move some things out from under my sink so they get used!
