Red, Green, Yellow, even Brown, but I've never seen Purple ones before

I have to admit I've kind of cheated on Wordless Wednesday this week - I've put the link to go to this post i put up on Saturday, however I thought my purple pepper was worth sharing with the world at large and not just the few people that read my blog all week ;-)

Check out some more Wordless Wednesdays over at Chaotic Home and here

WOW! Do the purple ones taste as good as the red? Can you roast them? That would make a cool salad... ;)

I'll let you know when I've tried it! Just couldn't resist getting photographic evidence first - in case people didn't believe me :-)

I've never seen them in the supermarket before, but they had lots of them there when we got this one. I'll have to keep an eye out and see if they have them again :-)

I've never seen a purple one before, though I have seen purple (on the inside) potatoes. I can't wait to hear how it tastes. I wonder if it is any different?

Happy WW!
