I'm not intentionally dieting & exercising, and while I do plan to get back to it, I'm assessing <I>exactly</I> what I should be doing. Don't worry, I'm not out there stuffing my face and eating loads of junk. I'm just not strictly following SB or counting calories or anything. I do try to listen to my body by only eating when I'm hungry and stopping when I'm satisfied. But then I haven't completely committed to that either. It h...191.2 I so wanted to be under 190 this week! It has been a great week with food. Lots of fresh fruits and veggies not much rubbish at all. I am on a new medication this week (make that 6 different meds in August) and the newest medication has had some not so pleasant side effects. I'm thinking it's part of my "not -loosing-like-I'd-hoped".<BR/>But praise the Lord! I went to another doctor and he concurred with the first diagnosis but also gave me another and medication to go with it. The second diagnosis makes complete sense, confirms a diagnosis made when I was 17 and I am now on the road to recovery.
